First Impressions + Permissions (wip)

SOURCE ✪ First Impressions ✯ VISUAL: [design sheet] Shuichi is a 17 year old, Japanese male with blueish-black hair and golden eyes. He stands at 171cm (~5'7") and has slight, clearly non-athletic build. His most noticeable features are his long eyelashes (especially the lower ones) and his ahoge. (aka: that dumb antenna hair) ✯ FASHION: {visualosity] He looks like he walked out of a college or coffee shop au, thanks Lagunbiru provided wardrobe. Lots of button up shirts, sweaters, vests, etc. ✯ DEMEANOUR: Shuichi is the kind of person who stands out by not standing out all. This only becomes more apparent when he's around his classmates, most of whom have very strong personalities. ✯ SOUND: [voice] Shuichi only speaks Japanese, though obviously translators make that irrelevant. He addresses people by their surname with either the honorific -san or -kun, depending upon the gender/age of the other person. He's very soft-spoken, and has the tendency to stutter. ✯ SCENT: Nothing special, really. He just smells clean, though at times he may carry a faint floral scent. ✯ MENTAL INFORMATION: He doesn't have any kind of special mental defenses and I am perfectly okay with mindreading powers being used on him. Just give me a head's up if your character is going to poke around in there so I can provide any relevant information. The only other thing of note is that he has a very good memory and is highly observant, so it can be difficult to sneak things past his notice. ✯ MAGICAL INFORMATION: He is a very talented detective, but other than that a perfectly normal human boy with no magical powers whatsoever. ✪ Permissions ✯ BACKTAGGING: I live to backtag. I try to get at least one response in per thread a day (minimum) but that doesn't always happen. But I'll keep tagging a thread till it finishes or hits the point of small talk. ✯ FOURTHWALLING: I'm fine with it! Shuichi is from end game, so he already knows about That One Major V3 Spoiler meaning he can roll with fourth walling just fine. Danganronpa as a whole breaks the fourth wall a lot, so as a head's up he may be familiar with your character if they're from a popular Japanese canon. Fortunately, he's not the type to say anything, but I'll always ask/check permissions posts beforehand if necessary. ✯ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: I'm fine with it. Shuichi, on the other hand, is shy and easily flustered, so keep that in mind if you're springing physical affection on him unexpectedly. If it's an innocent gesture like hugging/clinging/hand-holding/cuddling/etc and coming from a friend, chances are he won't do anything to stop it. You do you, friend. If it's something less innocent or outright sexual, on the other hand, he'll try to stop the offender and/or leave outright. (Unless the offender is someone he's really close to and therefore more okay with that kind of contact. Strangers and acquaintance-friends, on the other hand, not so much_ ✯ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: If your character feels the need to perform a violence on him, go for it. However, the chances of it becoming a full-blown fight are pretty much zero because Shuichi is kind of a wimp and not a fighter at all. He just rolls with the punches. Literally. ✯ RELATIONSHIPS: Shuichi is absolutely smitten with Kaede and that's pretty much never going to change. There are plans for the both of them to enter a poly ship with Kokichi, so as far as an actual, established relationship goes, he's already spoken for. However, he will eventually be more open to casual relationships with close friends. GET CODE HERE
